Continuation of our monthly Teen Yoga Class with instructor Ellen Bonheim of Firefly Yoga. She will provide teens with techniques to help them de-stress and relax during the school year. Bring a yoga mat and water.

With Valentine's Day fast approaching creating a wooden keepsake box is the perfect idea. Teens will decorate the box with gems, decoupage cutouts and sequins and sharpies. Then we'll fill them up with sweets!
