Teen Vihan J. will lead a series of daytime and evening origami classes as a community service to engage teenagers and adults in a fun and interactive activity. These classes will run for an hour, during which participants will make 1 or 2 models. Participants in the classes can use their own paper, or arrange to pick up double-sided origami paper from the Library. Classes are small, registration is required.
Registrants will receive the Zoom invite with link the day before.
A note from Vihan: “In order to help our neighbors dealing with food insecurity and working on the front lines during this very challenging time, I have set up a GoFundMe Page for anyone who would like to donate – 100% of proceeds will benefit the Daily Bread Food Pantry (a 501(c)3 non-profit that serves 700-800 families monthly in Danbury and surrounding areas) and to provide origami supplies to children of essential workers.” If you have any questions, please email vj.eclasses@gmail.com.
