Did you know that humans have increased the amount of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere by over 50%, and that is continuing to increase every year? We are now warming the planet faster than the most destructive climate changes in the past.
Come join this discussion of the specific actions that all of us can take to significantly lessen the future impacts of global warming and climate change on our children and grandchildren – and future generations everywhere.
Robert Whittaker, of the Lewisboro Sustainability Committee will lead this presentation and group discussion. This is the second in a series of climate discussions that will be held bimonthly on the 4th Tuesday of the month.
