NEW! – “The Usual Suspects” Book Club

February 26 @ 11:00 am

A book with title "The In Crowd" and an image of a hand rising from the water, alongside a pair of reading glasses.

You’re invited to join the first meeting of The Usual Suspects Book Club, a monthly mystery book club where crime fiction lovers will gather to unravel twisted plots, dissect clever clues, and debate unforgettable suspects. Whether you’re a seasoned sleuth or new to the genre, this first meeting will be your chance to connect with fellow readers. Led by our Adult Reference Librarian Colleen, we will meet once a week to discuss a wide variety of mystery novels.

The Usual Suspects will meet the last Thursday of every month. Our first meeting will be February 26, and our first read will be The In Crowd, by Charlotte Vassell. The book is described as an electrifying, whip-smart whodunit about the dastardly misbehavior of London’s high society—where being “in” or “out” can be a life-and-death matter.

Come curious, come opinionated—and be prepared, because in this club, everyone is a suspect.
