Monday Afternoon Film: “Gleason”

This hit documentary from the 2016 Sundance Film Festival goes inside the life of Steve Gleason, the former New Orleans Saints player who was diagnosed with ALS at the age of 34 – weeks before discovering his wife was expecting their first child. An incredibly moving and inspiring film about his living with ALS, and their fundraising efforts to help other ALS patients get the equipment they need. Steve was the recent recipient of the Arthur Ashe Courage Award.
