Lewisboro Seniors Book Group: “The Women”

Our group meets in person on (usually) the third Wednesday of the month during the Lewisboro Senior Adults meeting at the South Salem Firehouse. This month we meet on the fourth Wednesday. All seniors are welcome!
This month the group will be discussing The Women, by Kristin Hannah. This NY Times bestselling novel tells the story of a young female nursing student who enlists to go to Vietnam. It shines a light on all the women veterans who put themselves in harm’s way and whose sacrifice and commitment to their country has too often been forgotten.
