Our afternoon film series honors International Holocaust Remembrance Day with a showing of the movie Irena’s Vow.
This biographic film is about Irene Gut Opdyke, a young Polish woman during the Second World War, who hid a group of Jews in the house of her boss – a high-ranking Nazi commander, risking her life to save a generation of Jews from the atrocities of the Holocaust.
