You may borrow an eBook title for 3 weeks. You may borrow up to 10 items from hoopla each month.
The library name you should select is Lewisboro Library.
Libby
Borrow up to 10 eBook, audiobook and/or magazine titles at one time for the default of 7 days or change your borrowing period to 14 days.
Download the Libby app to read on your tablet or smartphone. Detailed Libby instructions are attached for apple and android devices.
Sign in using your library login information (library card number and PIN*) and select your library as the Lewisboro Library.
Overdrive
Overdrive is a downloadable audiobook, eBook, and magazine service for use only with PCs. Borrow up to 10 eBook, audiobook and/or magazine titles at one time for the default of 7 days or change you borrowing period to 14 days.
Sign in using your library login information (library card number and PIN*) and select your library as the Lewisboro Library.
OverDrive will sunset the legacy OverDrive app on January 31, 2025. After this date, the OverDrive app sunset will be complete on all platforms. Non-computer users are encouraged to download the Libby app to access content. Computer users may still use the Overdrive website.
Freading
Freading has an extensive eBook collection. Titles can be borrowed for 2 weeks. Freading offers over 11,000 titles in all genres and focuses content in Mystery, Romance, and Self-Help. Select your library as Lewisboro Public Library (South Salem).
Project Gutenberg
Project Gutenberg is a volunteer effort to digitize cultural works. You can read on your desktop as well as access the mobile version. You do not need to sign in to access the site.
