Children may only register for and complete the 2024 Summer Reading program ONCE.
Registration
Register for Summer Reading in one of three ways:
a) Save the date for the Kickoff Party on June 20th from 4:00 to 5:00.
b) In the Library for those who can’t make the Kickoff.
c) Online at READsquared.
If you choose online, register for Summer Reading at READsquared on or after June 20th.
- Create a Username & Password
- Register for the program that matches your Age and Grade Level.
- Depending on what program you’re doing you’ll log your reading differently.
Adventure Begins at Your Library: Grades K – 2
For Grades K-2 you’ll log books. For every 6 books read or 6 storytimes attended, you
will receive a Prize. There are 4 Prize Levels. Books must be recorded by August 16th.
Adventure Begins at Your Library: Grades 3 – 5
For children entering Grades 3 – 5, you’ll log minutes. You’ll win a prize for every 6 hours of reading completed. There are 4 prize levels. Books must be recorded by August 16th. (Each circle is 30 minutes of reading. 12 circles equal 6 hours.)
Grand Prize (Children Grades K – 5)
Enter a raffle to win tickets for the grand prize: Certificate for Makeinspires 3D Printing Party at the Lewisboro Library for 5 Children – Ages 5 and Up.
Incoming students in grades K – 5 who finish the game or complete the Bingo board will earn a raffle ticket and will be entered to win the Grand Prize. The raffle drawing will be at the Grand Finale Party on August 22, 2024.
