Today is Library Giving Day! This national day of giving encourages people to recognize the incredible role libraries serve in our community. In honor of this day, we invite you to support one of our most popular and unique offerings – Free Museum Passes – with a special gift.
We are fortunate to have so many exceptional museums and non-profits in our region – and we want all of our patrons to be able to visit these wonderful places. With our Free Museum Pass Program, Lewisboro Library patrons can borrow Passes to visit these museums – free of charge! For the past few years, the goal of our Library Giving Day appeal was to expand our Pass program. Thanks to your generosity, we now have a total of 23 discount or free Museum
Passes!!
We are so grateful for those who contributed to Library Giving Day and helped make these offerings free for our community. This year we’d like to renew most of our Passes – and add to the collection. While the Stepping Stones Museum is discontinuing its Library Pass Program, we would LOVE to add a new pass for the Museum of Modern Art!
Below is a list of 5 of our most popular Passes with the cost of renewal for a year, in addition to the cost of a new MoMA Pass. Our overall goal is to raise $5,000 to underwrite the Passes in our current Museum Pass collection, while adding the new MoMA Pass. CAN YOU HELP US?
