Rose is once again baking 12 of her famous Boterkoek (Dutch shortbread) as a fundraiser to benefit the Lewisboro Library. Anyone who has attempted to buy these mouth-watering “butter cakes” during our Pop-Up Bake Sales knows they sell out quickly, so order yours today! Boterkoek stays fresh for up to two weeks in the refrigerator and freezes very well. |
