The Nightclub@Lewisboro Library is thrilled to welcome back “Pluck & Rail” for another ‘Music in the Stacks’ concert on Saturday, April 13 at 8 pm!
“Pluck & Rail” members George Gierer and Andrew Sussman blend together gritty songwriting, tight vocal melodies and soaring cello runs to craft their unique sound. Their live performances blister with a passion and energy not often seen in acoustic music, as they back their vocals with everything from guitar to banjo to cello to mandolin. For an extra-special evening, they’ll be bringing along guests Zach Swanson on bass and Steve Uh on violin – plus a surprise or two. Sure to be a spectacular musical event!
Reserved seating is $40 per person. Price includes refreshments, wine & beer, and light bites courtesy of The Horse and Hound and Lily’s Deli & Market. The evening also includes TWO special tastings: a wine tasting by Cask Fine & Rare Wines of Katonah, and a whiskey tasting by Tracey Eden of “Flew the Coupe Cocktails,” who will be sampling a seasonal cocktail and an array of whiskey, courtesy of Bardstown Bourbon Company. Doors will open at 7:30 pm.
This event is a benefit for the Lewisboro Library.
