The Westchester Library System, in conjunction with the Westchester Library Association and Book YaYa, is launching a new virtual book talk series called “Library Author Talks.” The series will feature award-winning, bestselling authors in discussion about their new books. The FREE online series is open to the public.
This first event in this series features Pamela Paul, a bestselling author and editor of the New York Times Book Review. She will discuss her new children’s book Rectangle Time, as well as her classic How to Raise a Reader.
The first event is this Thursday, January 28th at 7:00 pm. Registration is required.
Visit www.libraryauthortalks.org to learn more and to register.
Please note: When registering for the first time, you will be instructed to create a password for the Book YaYa site, which will be the live video host for these events. You will create a password and indicate that you are a reader (as opposed to author!). You will then receive an email verification that lets you register for the event. An email with link to the video site will follow. The video will show live on the Book YaYa site that evening.
A special thank you to TD Bank for their sponsorship of this series.
