All seniors are welcome! \nFor the April 20 meeting\, the group will be discussing Charlotte McConaghy’s Once There Were Wolves\, a novel about a woman leading a team of biologists tasked with reintroducing fourteen gray wolves into the remote Highlands. \nThe Library will provide copies of the book to all participants. DESCRIPTION:Via Zoom. \nThis program will cover an introduction to acute and chronic stress\, what happens inside your body when you experience stress and a layered approach to help your body deal with stress.  \nLocal resident Sarah Menichelli is a Health at Every Size (HAES) Nutritionist. HAES is an approach that seeks to de-emphasize weight loss as a health goal\, and reduce stigma towards people who are overweight or obese. She has her Master of Science in Human Nutrition and is currently seeing clients virtually.
