Please join us to learn about eastern coyotes\, their history and ecology\, and what we can do to best coexist with them. \nGuest Speaker Dana Goin is the Wildlife Outreach Specialist at the Wolf Conservation Center in South Salem. DESCRIPTION:Via Zoom. \nThis program will cover an introduction to acute and chronic stress\, what happens inside your body when you experience stress and a layered approach to help your body deal with stress.  \nLocal resident Sarah Menichelli is a Health at Every Size (HAES) Nutritionist. HAES is an approach that seeks to de-emphasize weight loss as a health goal\, and reduce stigma towards people who are overweight or obese. She has her Master of Science in Human Nutrition and is currently seeing clients virtually.
