DESCRIPTION:We have another great project for those who love to craft – and give back to others in our community! \nCome join the fun\, crafting and assembling a gift bag of Valentine-themed goodies to be delivered to local Homebound Seniors. \nThe Crafters will be making a “Chain of Good Wishes” for each senior using stencils and ultra-fine markers to decorate our five wishes for each senior: Peace\, Joy\, Health\, Fun and Love. In this autobiographical novel\, Theophilus arrives in Newport\, RI in 1926\, after leaving a teaching job and finds work in the mansions of the wealthy\, becoming entangled in their lives and solving their problems with a mix of playfulness and shrewdness \nBooks are available through the Westchester Library System and copies are often ordered in advance for members to pick up at the Library. DESCRIPTION:Come join other adults for an evening of board games\, socializing and strategizing. \nAdult Game Night meets on the third Friday of each month\, from 6 to 9 pm. Registration is required. \nEach session will be led by Ryan Oakes\, who will focus on teaching one to two popular games\, depending on the number of people registered. \nIn February\, join us for Long Shot –  This is your ticket to the track! In Long Shot: The Dice Game\, you and up to seven other players will strategize and push your luck as the action unfolds in a tense race of eight horses. During the game you buy horses\, place bets\, influence race movement\, and utilize special abilities. Will you play it safe\, or risk it big on a long shot? \nSpace is limited\, please register below. If the program is full\, you can email the Library to be placed on the waitlist. We sometimes get cancellations the day before.
