Here is take two of that cooking segment – the fruit & cheese kabob brownie batter dip redo!  \nIf you’d like to follow along\, here’s what you’ll need: \nFruit & Cheese Kabobs \n2 cups fresh strawberries\, halved \n1-1/2 cups green grapes \n8 ounces cubed cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese\, or a combination of cheeses \nSkewers – We’ll be using wood skewers we picked up in the grocery store\, but this can be open to interpretation \n  \nFruit & Cheese Kabob Dip \n1 cup vanilla yogurt \n1/2 cup sour cream \n2 tablespoons honey \n1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon \n  \nBrownie Batter Dip  \n1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese\, softened\, or 8 ounces ricotta cheese \n1/4 cup butter\, softened \n2 cups confectioners’ sugar \n1/3 cup baking cocoa \n1/4 cup 2% milk \n2 tablespoons brown sugar \n1 teaspoon vanilla extract \nAnimal crackers\, pretzels and/or sliced apples for dippin’!
