DESCRIPTION:Our group meets in person on (usually) the third Wednesday of the month during the Lewisboro Senior Adults meeting at the South Salem Firehouse. All seniors are welcome! \nThis month the group will be discussing North Woods\, by Daniel Mason. It is a sweeping novel about a single house in the woods of New England\, told through the lives of those who inhabit it across the centuries \nThe Library will provide copies of the book to all participants. Set in California\, the novel tells the intertwined destinies of two families whose generations helplessly reenact the fall of Adam and Eve and the rivalry of Cain and Abel. \n\nBooks are available through the Westchester Library System and copies are often ordered in advance for members to pick up at the Library.
