DESCRIPTION:This year’s Annual Meeting features a talk by Superintendent of Schools Andrew Selesnick on the topic of Public School 2024: The Sun Always Rises. The Superintendent will talk about the opportunities and challenges facing public schools as they educate\, nurture\, inspire\, and prepare children for an ever more complex world\, and the importance of community participation and support. \nAndrew Selesnick joined the Katonah-Lewisboro School District as superintendent of schools in July 2015\, after spending 23 years in the Chappaqua Central School District as an English teacher\, department chairperson\, assistant principal\, and principal of Horace Greeley High School. For his final three years in Chappaqua\, he served as the district’s assistant superintendent for leadership development and human resources. \nHis presentation will be preceded by a short business meeting. \nPlease register below.
