Goldman presents ‘The Impact of Reconstruction in the Border States and Above the Mason-Dixon Line.’ Dr. Goldman will link Union soldiers’ and sailors’ combat and military service with their sustained commitment to the Civil War’s ‘unfinished work’ of equality for all Americans.
