DESCRIPTION:You’re invited to join The Usual Suspects Book Club\, a monthly mystery book club where crime fiction lovers will gather to unravel twisted plots\, dissect clever clues\, and debate unforgettable suspects. Whether you’re a seasoned sleuth or new to the genre\, come connect with fellow lovers of mystery. Led by our Adult Reference Librarian Colleen Oakes\, the group usually meets on the fourth Thursday of every month. \nOur book selection for June is Listen for the Lie\, by Amy Tintera. This mystery thriller follows Lucy as she returns to her hometown after a true-crime podcast decides to investigate the murder of her best friend\, Savvy – whose blood Lucy had been found covered in. Lucy is forced to return to the place she vowed never to set foot in again to solve her friend’s murder\, even if she might have been the one who did it. We will also be discussing last month’s selection\, The Midnight Taxi\, by Yosha Gunasekera. \n\nPlease register below.

Follow us or join our newsletter to find out about future Trivia Night pop-ups and events at the Lewisboro Library! \nJoin us for another fun-filled pop-up Trivia Night at the House and Hound to benefit the Lewisboro Library! Get ready for challenging questions\, drinks at Happy Hour prices\, delicious food and prizes – all under the lights of the patio! \nQuestions will cover a range of topics including general knowledge\, pop culture\, history\, music\, and more. A great way to gather with your neighbors\, win prizes\, and compete for the title of Lewisboro Library Trivia Champions! \nReserved seats are $25 per player. The best way to reserve seating is to form your team (ideally 2 – 4 players)\, and then have a team captain purchase seats for the group. Knowing the number on each team will help us in setting up the venue before everyone arrives. Of course\, individual players are also welcome\, and we’ll do our best to pair you with another team.
