DESCRIPTION:The Lewisboro Library Book Group USUALLY meets at the Library on the last Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. Due to the Thanksgiving holiday\, the group will meet instead on December 3. \nThis month the group will be discussing The Years\, by Annie Ernaux. The Years is a personal narrative of the period 1941 to 2006 told through the lens of memory\, impressions past and present – even projections into the future – photos\, books\, songs\, radio\, television and decades of advertising\, headlines\, contrasted with intimate conflicts and writing notes from 6 decades of diaries. \nBooks are available through the Westchester Library System and copies are often ordered in advance for members to pick up at the Library.
