DESCRIPTION:Via Zoom. \nMay is Mental Health Awareness Month. COVID-19 has changed a lot in our lives\, and it’s OK if you’re feeling stressed\, anxious\, uncertain\, isolated\, angry or scared. \nNY Project Hope is New York’s COVID-19 Emotional Support Helpline\, to help New Yorkers understand their reactions and emotions during COVID-19. Through the helpline\, educational materials\, and trusted referrals\, NY Project Hope helps people manage and cope with changes brought on by COVID-19. Talking to the trained Crisis Counselors is free\, confidential\, and anonymous. \nThis virtual presentation will go over the resources available from the Westchester Library System as a NY Project Hope provider. The program is sponsored by the Greenburgh\, John C. Hart\, Lewisboro and Mount Kisco public libraries in partnership with the Westchester Library System. \nPlease register HERE.
