Concours d’Elegance:
REGISTER YOUR CAR FOR THE CONCOURS d’ELEGANCE
Are you a car buff? The Fair’s Concours d’Elegance, is a low-key, elegant car show that showcases a wide variety of vehicles from show cars to much-loved weekend cruisers. The show is both a popular event at the Fair and an opportunity for car owners to enjoy the day’s many activities while showcasing their cars in the beautiful surroundings of the farm. Awards are given in each of ten categories courtesy of the sponsor, Mercedes-Benz of Goldens Bridge. The first 40 attendees receive dash plates and all cars are roped off. There is no entrance fee, but space is limited.
To register your vehicle, email ssalemconcours@optimum.net or call 914 763-5402.
Beer & Wine Garden:
The Craft Beer & Wine Garden is for adults 21 and over. The craft beer is generously donated by the Captain Lawrence Brewing Company. In addition to craft brews, wines and soft drinks will also be available for purchase. Many thanks to our friends at Salem Liquors, for donating the wine for this event, and to Vista Beer & Beverage for providing the soft drinks as well as ice.
Bake Sale:
Satisfy your sweet tooth at the Bake Sale Tent with its fresh homemade baked goods – like Peter Rose’s famous Boterkoek, which sell out quickly. Do you like to bake?? The Bake Sale Tent REALLY needs donations of individually wrapped treats or whole cakes to help make the event a success. Baked goods, gluten free items and full cakes can be dropped at the Bake Sale tent at 10am the day of the Fair. Please let the organizers know what you’ll be baking by signing up at bit.ly/lewfair24bakesale.
Calling all bakers – the Bake Sale Tent is seeking donations of treats to make the event a success. This year we ask that all baked goods be individually wrapped. Treats can be dropped off at the Bake Sale Tent starting at 10:00 am on Fair Day.

A variety of food trucks will be on site to entice Fair attendees at lunchtime with everything from hot dogs (Streetside Dogs), to artisanal sandwiches (Kinwich) to Mexican (Crazy Taco-Mex) to unique wraps and sides (Wrappers Delights) to pizza and more (Mike and Joe’s Pizza). If it is hot like last year, you’ll want to hit up Jimmy’s Soft Serve for ice cream or Italian Ice of CT for authentic Italian ice.
