CONCOURS d'ELEGANCE CAR SHOW - The Fair’s Concours d’Elegance, will showcase a wide range of vehicles from show cars to weekend cruisers. Handsome plaques are awarded to winners in each of 10 categories courtesy of the sponsor, Mercedes-Benz of Goldens Bridge. The first 40 attendees receive dash plates. THERE IS NO ENTRANCE FEE, but space is limited. To register call 914 282-9402, or email ssalemconcours@optimum.net.

FOOD - An array of food is available at the Food Tent and Food Trucks, as well as homemade baked goods at the Bake Sale Tent. Donations of baked goods are needed to supplement the generous donations from Ingenuities. Baked goods can be dropped off at the Bake Sale Tent any time after 10 am on Fair Day. Note: Chocolate items sell especially well and we've had requests for gluten free products. The theme for this year's "Battle of the Bakers" is pumpkin recipes. So dig up your favorite recipe and join the battle - anything that doesn't have to be refrigerated! Entries should be brought to the Bake Sale Tent by noon on Fair Day. Judging is at 1 pm.
